Schedule
All times are venue local time (GMT in November). A surviving player returns on later days at no extra seat fee. Choose your starting flight with the concierge after payment.
Three days of starting flights. Every pass includes one flight. VIP and the hotel package also include one re-entry, only on these three days, if you are eliminated.
Flight A and the welcome reception
Registration 10:00. Flight A at 12:00. Welcome reception in the grand foyer at 19:00.
Flights B and C
Flight B at 12:00. Flight C at 18:00. Registration opens two hours before each flight.
Flight D and the last-chance flight
Flight D at 12:00. Last-chance flight at 18:00. Qualifier re-entry closes when this flight starts.
Players who bagged chips return here. Play starts at 12:00 each day. The money bubble is expected on Saturday.
Main event, day 1
Cards in the air at 12:00. Registration for survivors opens at 10:00.
Main event, day 2
Restart at 12:00. Blind levels are published with your seat confirmation.
Main event, day 3
Restart at 12:00. A redraw follows the dinner break.
Main event, day 4
Restart at 12:00. Play continues toward the final table. The money bubble is expected today.
If you are still in the field, you play. Reserved rail seats and the gala are included with VIP and the hotel package only.
Final table begins
Play at 13:00. Rail opens for VIP and package guests at 12:30.
Final table continues
Restart at 13:00. A feature table is used once nine players remain.
Champion and the VIP gala
Final table resumes at 14:00. The champion is crowned at the table. The VIP gala starts at 20:00.

The hotel
Package guests sleep upstairs from the ballroom. These are the rooms, the table, the spa, and the floor they use between sessions.
Suites
Quiet rooms above the ballroom, with blackout drapery and a private bar. Four nights are included on the package only.
Dining
Late supper between sessions. Package guests receive breakfast and a USD 200 dining credit.
Spa
Thermal rooms and a quiet pool. The package includes spa access for two during the stay.
Casino floor
The championship itself is in the ballroom. The main floor stays open for hotel guests who want a different table between sessions.
Five hundred seats. Doors open 1 November at 10:00 GMT. The field closes when the last seat is sold.

Valet runs from 09:00 on event days at the porte-cochère. Self-parking is signed from Promenade Royale. Accessible bays are beside the ballroom entrance. Parking is not included with the Standard Pass or VIP pass. The package includes an arrival transfer, not daily parking.
Yes, once. Email [email protected] at least 72 hours before the guest’s first playing day. The new guest must be 18 or older and must bring photo ID that matches the updated name. Door transfers and resale are not accepted.
Registration opens at 10:00. Qualifier flights and the main event begin at 12:00, with evening flights at 18:00 on 2 and 3 November. The final table begins at 13:00 on 8 and 9 November, and resumes at 14:00 on 10 November. The gala starts at 20:00. Times are GMT.
Elegant evening attire. Jackets are appreciated in the ballroom after 18:00. Athletic wear, beachwear, and torn clothing are not permitted. The 10 November gala is black tie optional.
A government-issued photo ID that matches the reservation name, and your confirmation reference. Staff confirm that you are 18 or older. If local law requires an older guest, that rule is applied. Guests who cannot be verified are refused, and the inside-seven-day refund rule still applies.
No. Only the All-Inclusive Hotel + Tournament Package includes four nights in a signature suite. Standard and VIP guests can ask the concierge about separate room rates.
Fourteen or more days before 1 November 2026, the ticket price and tax are refunded and the settled 4.5% service fee is kept. Between seven and thirteen days, half the ticket price is refunded. Inside seven days, including no-shows, nothing is refunded. If we cancel the event, every amount paid is returned. The full schedule is in the refund policy above.
Aurelia Crown Casino & Hotel collects the name, email address, phone number, ticket choice, quantity, and age confirmation you enter in checkout. We use them to reserve seats, check identity and age at the door, and send event messages about this championship.
We do not sell guest lists. Payment card numbers are not typed into this page. A live checkout must hand the card to a payment processor, and that processor’s notice applies to the card data.

A ticket is a revocable licence for the named guest to attend the Grand Autumn Championship at Aurelia Crown Casino & Hotel on the days that guest is entitled to enter. It is not a share of the prize pool, not a room unless the package says so, and not permission to play online.
You must be 18 or older, and you must meet any higher age required where the event is held. You agree that the name on the reservation will match a government-issued photo ID. We may refuse entry if the ID, age, dress, or behaviour rules are not met. Refusal inside the final seven days does not create a refund.
The $2,000,000 figure is the published guarantee for the tournament prize pool. It is paid to finishing positions under the payout table sent with the seat confirmation. It can be increased if entries produce a larger pool. It is not paid to every guest.
House rules, blind levels, and the floor manager’s decisions govern play. We may adjust start times for reasons of safety or the pace of play, and we will email the address on the reservation if a day moves. Refunds follow the policy on this page. If we cancel the championship, we refund every amount paid.
Photography may take place in the ballroom and at the gala. Do not photograph another guest’s hole cards. These terms are the event rules for this page. Have counsel review them before the page is used for paid advertising.
